The main tool for working with video and sound is the Media Client application, which allows you to observe and record the events taking place and work with saved recordings.

MAP WINDOW

An application that represents a graphic plan (image) of the protected area with security devices placed on it.

Any such device can be controlled from the Map Window in the same way as using the Media Client.

MAP WINDOW VIEW

The top control panel allows to quickly switch between sets of graphic plans on different tabs. On the graphical floor plans, the locations of the cameras and their status are indicated. The image can be displayed by clicking on the camera icon.

THE EVENT LOG

An application that allows to monitor the appearance of special events in the system. Such events usually require a quick response from the operator.

SITUATION VIDEO ANALYTICS “KUPOL-TV”

– a modern intelligent mechanism that uses computer vision methods to automatically obtain various data based on the analysis of the video stream from surveillance cameras in real time.

Video analytics “KUPOL-TV” provides the operator with data to respond to the identified situation. Video analytics services, viewing huge amounts of video information in real time, draw the operator’s attention to non-standard situations and warn about the occurrence of alarming events.



REDUCING THE OPERATOR'S LOAD due to:


  • no need for constant monitoring of all control lines;

  • reducing the number of operator errors;

  • increasing the number of controlled areas without expanding the staff of operators.



AUTOMATION OF SECURITY FUNCTIONS:


  • detection of the intruder according to the specified criteria;

  • tracking the trajectory of the intruder;

  • recognition of the type of intruder (vehicle, group of people, person, animal);

  • informing about non-standard and suspicious situations.


Data generated when scenarios are triggered is stored in the event Protocol available to the operator. Flexible settings allow you to record all events that have occurred with the selection of disturbing ones according to the specified criteria.

Information about received events of certain types or according to certain scenarios can be broadcast in the form of alerts, visualized on the map (object plan).



“INTRUSION” SCENARIO


Detection of objects crossing the border of the controlled area.

The scenario captures the passage or passage of an object with specified characteristics inside the configured zone.

“LEFT OBJECTS” SCENARIO

Detection of forgotten / left intentionally and carried away objects

The scenario records an abandoned object (an object that has separated from any of the people tracked by the tracker and after that is in the controlled area for a certain period of time) or carried away (an object that has disappeared from the controlled area after being in it for a certain period of time).

  • selection of the type of detector: “removed objects detector” or “left behind object detector”

  • configuration of the controlled area (can be formed using polygons)

  • minimum time for object detection (for abandoned objects - the time the object is stationary in the controlled area from the moment of its appearance, for carried away objects - the time elapsed after the object disappeared from the controlled area)

  • various sensitivity settings for maximum consideration of all features of the object

The scenario signals a suspiciously long stay of a person in an unexpected place.

“DWELL TIME” SCENARIO

Counting moving objects (people, vehicles) staying for a certain time in a given zone or zones, generating statistical data on movement

The scenario also allows separate counting of objects that are stayed in the zone for short and long periods of time.

‘’CROWD’’ SCENARIO

Identification of the facts of the formation of groups of people in places where their congestion can signal a possible threat to security.

The congestion of people means the simultaneous presence in the zone of a certain number of people during a fixed time interval. In this case, the zone, the threshold number of people and the time interval are configurable parameters of the scenario.

“RUNNING” SCENARIO

Detection of people moving faster than a set (threshold) value

The threshold speed is calculated using data on the average size of a person at a particular point, taking into account the perspective. The controlled area and speed threshold are configurable parameters for this scenario.

Counting objects crossing the control line in specified directions

The control line and direction of movement of the object are configurable parameters of the detector. To avoid false alarms on animals, vehicles and other objects, the boundary dimensions of objects are set.

CONTINUOUS RECORDING EVEN IN THE TEMPORARY ABSENCE OF COMMUNICATION

The ‘’KUPOL-TV’’ system uses a technology that allows IP cameras to record a video archive in their own storage. Such storage can be a built-in memory module, removable media (for example, an SD card) or a network folder. The technology ensures continuous recording of the operative archive even in cases of a temporary lack of communication between the camera and the video server. The archive is copied from the local storage of the camera to the operational archive after establishing a connection between the camera and the video server.
